Giving in different ways.

The Church of Jesus Christ is the most important institution in the world. It serves God by serving others. It shares its resources. It works as the hands and feet of Jesus in the world. Its number one call is to make disciples all over the world. This starts locally.

Mossneuk is a deficit church financially. We do not make enough money to sustain ourselves which means we have to rely on the wider church to keep us going. This is a symptom of how we share and work for the church together.

The world is an expensive place in which to live, and we are all facing a significant battle upwards financially: a global pandemic has just gone, our electricity and heating bills are extortionate, salaries are not where they should be, and rents and affordable housing are not easily paid for. Things are tough.

When we talk about giving the church though, we believe it is fundamental to know there are many ways in which we give, all with equal importance.
